Justice makes it possible for a system of government to thrive; but it is absolutely necessary that those given the responsible for ensuring freedom end justice understand that they do so for the protection of all and that no one is above the law.

• Ensure the total independence of the judiciary,
• Uphold the rule of law,
• Ensure transparency in the administration of justice,
• Encourage alternative dispute settlement (ads) to ensure swift and equitable administration of justice,
• Be committed to the establishment of the office of the independent prosecutor,
• Promote education among the population on rights and responsibilities of citizens.
